If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the containers within 60 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling.

Call our customer service team or log into your account portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Pack Your Items
Place your used or unused Proactiv® bottles securely in the original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring you include the bottom portion of your original invoice.
Label and Ship
Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package and ship it back to us using your preferred carrier; we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and processes your return, a refund for the purchase price will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
